Dr Anisa has been practicing dentistry for 15 years, 12 of which have been in the Surry Hills / Redfern area. She and her family are Redfern locals, and active members of the local community. Dr Anisa's patient care is second to none. She is excellent with children and people with dental phobia. Her passions lie in Biomimetic Restorative Dentistry (an approach that uses minimally invasive procedures to protect and conserve teeth for as long as possible) and in early intervention orthodontics. Dr Anisa has built her practice with the latest, state of the art technologies including 3D scanners and digital X-rays which will make your visit to Redfern Street Dental as comfortable and easy as possible.
About Dr Raisa Tasnim
Dr Raisa graduated from Griffith University Dental School, receiving awards for academic excellence. She went on to practice dentistry in Brisbane and then in Sydney, where she has been delivering the highest quality of care to patients over the past six years. With interests in cosmetic and minimally invasive restorative dentistry, Dr Raisa has continually built on her expertise throughout her career taking on much continuous education to keep her offering to her patients up to date as she continually strives for excellence in all things. Raisa’s empathetic nature and uplifting personality bring all her patients at ease when they are in her care. In fact, she finds it very rewarding to be able to alleviate phobias associated with the dentist, in both adults and children alike.

Dr Rebecca has been practising dentistry in Sydney for 15 years, after graduating from the University of Sydney with honours. Dr Rebecca is passionate about prevention and providing an excellent standard of dental care. Her strengths include cosmetic dentistry, endodontics (root canal therapy), oral surgery (tooth removal) and treating the anxious patient. Dr Rebecca’s caring and gentle approach helps her patients to be comfortable and feel at ease..
Zara has been working in dental for 6 years, and has in that time gained her Certificate III in Dental Assisting. She was born and raised on the Gold Coast, her family background is Swedish, and she LOVES cats! Zara loves meeting new patients and seeing the transformation in them - from their first appointment, to showing off their brand new smile! Zara is kind and caring, and always makes her patients feel right at home in her care.

Aimee has been working in dentistry for the past 4 year, gaining her qualification for dental nursing in Scotland. She love building relationships with patients and being a part of their dental journey from general check-ups to ongoing treatment. She has a keen interest in restorative and cosmetic dentistry.
Aimee is originally from Edinburgh, Scotland and moved over to Australia in January of 2024. Back home she has her family and dog, Mollie, who she loves to talk about at any given opportunity.
